These parrot decorations are inspired by an old Welsh version of the '12 days of Christmas' song, which begins 'Ar cybtaf dydd o'r Gwyliau fy nghariad roes i mi, y perot ar y pren pêr' ('On the first day of Christmas my love gave to me, the parrot on the pear tree').
They are handmade in white stoneware clay, then decorated using my signature sgraffito technique and finished with a glossy glaze and sparkly gold details. The parrot, pear and leaves are strung together on gold twine for hanging and presented in a beautiful quality card gift box with a card showing the key lyrics in Welsh on one side and English on the other. Single decoration only - select from colours.
Size: approx. 13cm hanging length from top of leaves to base of parrot. Parrot measures approx 10cm from head to tail.
